| Duplexes Duplexes are units where each tenant lives in one half of a building. You will share one wall with the duplex next to yours. We have a variety of duplexes available all over the Greenville/Winterville area and we’re sure we have one that’s right for you!
You can come into the office and see a full list and make sure the one you’re interested in is available for rent right now.
The amenities at each duplex are different because they are not typically located in big complexes. All offer washer & dryer connections and some may offer washer & dryer rentals. Each duplex will be equipped with a stove and refrigerator and many also include a dishwasher or a microwave. We have a few duplexes that come with a one-car garage (ask us about availability!). Some of our duplexes include lawn care service in the monthly rent. Most duplexes have a grassy front yard and a small patio or backyard. We do have duplexes where pets are considered; make sure you inquire about pet options before you complete an application and again when you sign your lease. All of our duplexes have at least 2 bedrooms; many have 3. Each duplex has at least one bathroom and many have an additional half bath or an additional full bathroom. Rents at duplexes range from $375/month to $750/month. Rents vary depending on location, size of the duplex, and the amenities included with the unit (such as lawn maintenance, garage, etc.) When you come to the office and review our most current list, we can show you duplexes in the price range that meets your budget!

Townhouses are units where you typically share two walls with occupants on either side of you. Some townhouses are corner units and therefore share only one wall. We offer a variety of town houses in the Greenville-Winterville area and we know we have one that is perfect for you! Most of our townhouses have at least two bedrooms with one full bathroom and an extra half-bathroom. Some have two full bathrooms. All come equipped with washer & dryer connections, a stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Some of our townhouses include lawn maintenance in the monthly rent. We do have townhouses where pets will be considered. If you have a pet, please make sure you discuss it with us before you complete an application and again at the time you sign your lease. Our townhouses rent for a variety of prices based on the included amenities such as lawn maintenance, location, and number of bathrooms. Our rents right now range from $400 per month to $610 per month depending on the townhouse.
