Applying Online is a simple 3-Step process.

Step 1 - Read the Apartment Rental Policy
This document contains important information about the rental process as well as applicant criteria.

Step 2 - Application Fee
There is a $21 non-refundable processing fee. We use PayPal to collect these fees. If you do not already have a PayPal account you can sign up for one by going to www.PayPal.com. It's quick. It's easy. It's free!

If you have your PayPal account set up click the button below to proceed to Step 2. After your payment has been accepted you will be directed to Step 3.

Step 3 - Rental Application
The Application is broken down in to three parts:

• The Rental Application
• The Apartment Rental Policy - This is the same policy from step one, but this requires you to acknowledge that you have read and agree to the policy.
• Statement of Financial Responsibility - This part is to be filled out by a parent if the applicant is a full-time student.
