
Apartment Rental Policy
Hearthside Management does not discriminate in housing against any person, in connection with race, color, age, religion, sex, national origin, or familial status.
Number of residents per apartment shall be as follows:
- No more than two individuals are allowed to reside in a one bedroom apartment.
- No more than two individuals are allowed to reside in a two bedroom apartment.
- No more than three individuals are allowed to reside in a three bedroom apartment. (family of four is allowed)
No pets are allowed at any property managed by Hearthside Management without written consent of the management company.
Rental applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Income should reflect ability to pay rent.
- A credit check shall be made, any judgments, collection items, bankruptcy, or individual ratings of 19, O9, or R9 will NOT be accepted as per Equifax. Credit Reporting Service with a Beacon Score of 524 or below will NOT be accepted as per On Line Credit Reporting Service.
- Other items of credit worthiness may also be checked as needed.
- A Criminal Background Check may be ran.
- Students (only) must utilize a Parental Responsibility Form.
Applications are only evaluated upon a vacancy occurring and this specific application being pulled from the files and evaluated. The applications consequently are only viewed for approval when a file by the criteria above listed, not by the date of the application submitted.
